Some Very Important Notes
- Within the city limits of Rushville, we have the ability to enforce the City of Rushville Animal Ordinances, including writing citations.
- We are not legally able to enforce or write citations outside the City of Rushville city limits; only the Rush County Sheriff Department or, if you are in Glenwood, the Town Marshal can.
- We are not official law enforcement; we can not legally enforce the State of Indiana Animal Laws – only the Rush County Sheriff Department and the Rushville Police Department can in their designated jurisdictions
