Spay Neuter Clinic Request
Request assistance with scheduling a spay or neuter appointment through the Low-Cost Spay Neuter Clinic with help from Rushville Animal Shelter.
The request form opens securely through Animal Shelter Manager.
Before you submit
Please have your contact information and your pet’s details ready.
Contact information
Provide a valid email address so staff can contact you about your request. A confirmation email should be sent after submission.
Pet and clinic details
Be prepared to share your pet’s name, species, sex, breed, approximate age and weight, preferred month, and any current or past medical concerns.
What happens next?
Requests are sent to Rushville Animal Shelter staff for review. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. Staff will review the information and follow up as needed.
